Question 1

What is RETAIN?

Accepted Answer

RETAIN is the AI-native Customer Experience Platform built for UK B2B SaaS teams. We unify your CRM and CX data, automate QBR preparation, and run five AI agents that monitor account health, flag churn risk, and surface expansion signals — so your CS team can focus on relationships instead of admin.

Question 2

How is RETAIN different from Gainsight?

Accepted Answer

Gainsight is enterprise-tier: £24K+/yr entry price, 3-6 month implementation, dedicated CS Ops headcount required. RETAIN is built for CS teams of 1-5 people at mid-market UK B2B SaaS companies. Same outcomes — visibility, automation, AI — priced and architected for your stage.

Question 3

Does RETAIN replace my CRM?

Accepted Answer

No. RETAIN is the post-sale source of truth that sits alongside your CRM. Your sales team keeps Salesforce or HubSpot; your CX team gets RETAIN — accounts, health, playbooks and client portals in one place. During onboarding our Concierge service manages the data sync for you, so you are live in days without an integration project.

Question 4

What integrations does RETAIN have?

Accepted Answer

Native HubSpot integration ships Q3 2026. Native Salesforce integration ships Q4 2026. In the meantime, the RETAIN team manages your data sync directly during onboarding — our Concierge service handles setup so you’re live in days, not months. No long integration project required.

Question 5

Is RETAIN only for UK companies?

Accepted Answer

RETAIN is built for UK B2B SaaS first — GBP pricing, UK GDPR-native compliance, UK support hours, and CX practices shaped around UK mid-market needs. International customers are welcome, but the product is opinionated for the UK mid-market CS use case.
